Human Resources Department
The Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) Human Resources Department manages and coordinates the administrative operations of the Ministry.

2. Enhancing the effectiveness of services and ensuring the satisfaction of employees.
3. Providing services to IMOD emissaries and attachés abroad.
4. Tailoring career paths with upward mobility for IMOD employees.

6. Assisting employees in their transitions into retirement.
These activities are divided into the following units: Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Civilian Employees of the IDF, Training Unit, Consultants, and External Advisors, Planning and Development, Administration, and Personnel Abroad.
