IMOD Director General Visits EMTAN Weapons Manufacturing Plant

Director General of the Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) Maj. Gen. (Res.) Amir Baram visited the EMTAN weapons manufacturing plant in Northern Israel as part of the Ministry’s efforts to bolster Israel’s defense industrial base. EMTAN specializes in manufacturing various weapon systems for Israeli security forces.

During the visit, the Director General toured the production facilities and met with company executives to discuss defense cooperation and export opportunities. He was joined by Deputy Director General and Head of the DPD, Ze’ev Landau, Head of the Ministry's Finance Department, CPA Dekel Cohen, Principal Deputy Director of SIBAT, Shahar Horev, Head of the Technological Department, Brig. Gen. Tomer Schreiber, and other senior officials from the IMOD and IDF.
