Israel's National Bureau for Counter Terror Financing launches New Sanctions Portal and API

The National Bureau for Counter Terror Financing (NBCTF) within the Israel Ministry of Defense has launched a new information portal that brings together all measures taken under the Israeli sanctions regime by the State of Israel to combat terror financing.

The portal consolidates in one place Israel's anti-terror sanctions: lists of designated terrorist organizations and Designated Global Terrorists, executive orders for the seizure and forfeiture of terrorist property. It also features professional publications, policy documents, and regular updates on countering terror financing.

As part of the launch, the Bureau has also introduced an API that provides direct, continuous, and automated access to the information it publishes. The API enables financial institutions, tech companies, data service providers, compliance and risk management professionals, and other organizations to automatically integrate the NBCTF's data into their screening, monitoring, and control systems.

The portal and API are designed to expand access to official, up-to-date information, support compliance and risk management monitoring, and strengthen cooperation with elements in Israel and international stakeholders to prevent terror financing.
